You get gloss and reflections on the material over the cardboard. Have you ever seen fancy wrapping paper, the Star Wars boxes, a gum wrapper? It is possible, genius. There is nothing saying it is plastic/metal as opposed to carboard with fancy wrapping. The designs probably were done with a laser...yippee, this can be done on wrapping paper then put on a cardboard box.
Ultimately it is everyone's choice to buy it or not. But $35 is outrageous if you ask me...which you didn't.

: Your stupidity amazes me, Lacaita. How the fuck do you get gloss and reflections on cardboard? This is made from a plastic/metal material, with the design made by some kind of laser, I believe. This is the same type of box that the guy that made the original, bronze/gold trilogy boxes (which sold on eBay for around $65) was selling. But it's your choice, buy it or not.
