: When the movie came out, I remember thinking to myself how ridiculous it was that a shark had on a personal vendetta against the Brodys, and that it followed them all the way to the Bahamas (or wherever it was they went) to get revenge. But then again, we're talking about Jaws here... and Jaws is one bad-ass shark.... So, maybe it really is believable?!?!

I always thought that the tagline referred to Brody's wife. It was personal for her to kill the shark b/c it eats her son in the beginning of the movie. am I right?
