I don't frequent these boards that much, but I was actually pretty disturbed by this whole Witherspoon thread. I think the problem comes about because let's face it, it seems most of the posters on this board are either under 16 years of age or adults with no idea how to behave in society. You get some impressionable kids who feel as if their hatred for kevin's "enemy" will somehow translate in to love by kevin.
I know many people were joking, but all it takes is just one nut to cause trouble.
Personally, I find it extremely immature that Kevin himself actually printed the story on Psycomix (sp?) Doesn't he have anything interesting to say instead of getting pissy about a diss from an actress that he has little contact with? Maybe Kevin was just blowing off a little steam, but it seems extremely pedantic for a husband,father, and director to even let this bother him.
I respect him as a director but this little school-girl hissyfit leaves me feeling ashamed of the man.
