...I'd be surprised if Kevin would have any involvement in it other than acting. I don't think Kevin would direct anything he didn't write, so unless he was to actually re-write a play in a modern stylee, it would be unlikely to happen. That would also completely defeat the point of what you're saying regarding the dialogue as well.
