I was impressed by the general level of wit and intelligence of a lot of the posters. Obviously there are some brainless yokels out there, but I liked the general lively discussion.
I think what a lot of people forget is that you can start a conversation about something, and it will progress to you talking about a completely different subject. It doesn't matter how you're communicating - either verbally or by computer - but it's natural progression of a conversation. I for one would be interested to hear people's views on a number of subjects, mainly because during the course of my time here, it's been made clear that there are some brilliantly funny chats and clashes of opinion just waiting to happen. However, I try to respect that while the Other Board is still happening, I should try and keep some semblance of topicality when I post here. Obviously, I fail miserably a lot of the time.
I await the outcome with interest.
