...that maybe some people asking questions answered in the summaries just haven't been able to FIND their answers there? That maybe while organized to the best of whoever's ability, they're not always the easiest things to navigate? So all the folks who love to flame those who ask such questions may be wrong in their assumption that the newbies they've flamed have NOT checked the summaries?
