First of all, I want to say thanks. Thanks Kevin for providing these forums for us, your fans. I stumbled onto these boards two and a half years ago while looking for some clue as to the existence of a Chasing Amy soundtrack.
Since that time I have made friends with and met dozens of people I wouldn't have met otherwise. They were people I met on the OWB. I posted there many times everyday and over a period of time felt safe with them. Trips to London and Orlando to meet those far away...coffee with Brunetta in my home town...going to the Dogma premier with Scottieboy and seeing the loving meeting between him and Affleck...all wonderful things. But the best of all was meeting RiffRaff and falling in love.
Now we're engaged and planning a future together. Thanks again. We are so happy and just wouldn't have met otherwise.
yes, it's your domain...and you can do with it as you choose...but the daily casual contact with these people is not something I would have persued if I had just stayed on the main board.
