Hi there ... Scott Simpson here from Canada's #1 AM radio station, All News Radio 680News.
I'm looking for a quick phone interview, ASAP. Here's the pitch:
We run a weekly series on 680News called the Listeners' Choice Awards. Listeners vote for their favorite whatsits in a new category each week. Last week's category was Best Shopping Mall. Well, turns out the winner is a little out of my getting-to range, so I'm looking for an alternate solution .. that's where y'all come in.
I'd love to interview Kevin Smith (or another Mallrats alumnist) on what they think the perfect (or an ideal) mall should contain... then I'll see if the winning mall measures up.
This would take 4-5 minutes max, on the phone, my dime if that's an issue. The story runs Monday morning, so I need to get the interview done today if possible, or on the weekend if there's no other option.
