I didn't read the summaries when I joined, but I did fine cause I used some common sense. I read on here a few days before asking any question whatsoever. I started insulting people right away, but waited about asking. Usually some dumbass will ask it for me and they will get taunted beyond recognition first. Anyway, common sense would cut down on these problems.
