I mean: maybe, as a man (I'm guessing), you were focused more on the details, realism, techinical aspects, etc, where I, in my womanly glory, focused on the emotional aspects. TELL ME you didn't sob like a little bitch with a skinned knee when she said goodbye to her father over the monitor. Or at the end, the wedding, where they had the pictures of their fallen comrades. (And if these failed to move you, then you are Satan on Earth.) It's the EMOTIONAL aspects of the film that I liked.
