Carnage would whoop venoms ass!!!! Remember it took spiderman and venom just to take on carnage when he made his first appearance.
also carnage is supposed to be more powerful. according to the ALien Symbiobt physics or what not the more evil u are the more powerful u are... hence the cool shapes and stuff Carnage can make with his suit.
this is unrelated but what was the whole deal with the few issues when Spiderman got super powers including the ability to fly, i think he was called ultra sipderman or something????
