hi, my name is dustin gomes and I have been fascinated with your films since clerks, since then you have inspired me to become a filmmaker. what makes me so fascinate dwith them was the way you can tie in witty remarks with intelligent theories on basic life, other movies and even ( in the case of religion) Dogma , which i have to say was one of the greatest films i had ever seen. I wrote this message in hope that you could write back, I have just graduated from highschool and I really want to become a director and filmmaker, could you please write back and help me out on my quest , like by telling me how you became a filmaker/director and how you started out? And how I could get started out .
