And have you ever gone somewhere, noticed a problem, and gotten the "yeah,
right, you're just a dumb customer" attitude from the staff? I went to see
High Fidelity, and there was this thing on the side of the frame, waving
around all crazy like, and leaving a nice scratch in its wake. I went out
and said something to a manager, and they just brush me off (which I can't
completely complain about, since I brush off most customers, I can only
take so many volume level complaints from senior citizens in one day, and
why the hell don't they understand that in a theater with 200 people in it,
I can't turn the volume down just because one person thinks it's too loud,
or change the temperature in the theater because you were dumb enough to
forget your jacket and you think it's too cold, but then someone else
complains it's too hot and you just snap and strangle them with the tail
from reel five of Gone In 60 Seconds that you forgot to re-attach!). Anyway
I go back in, it's still not fixed, I sit there for about 5 minutes before
I can't take it anymore, go out and say something to the manger again,
saying I either want this fixed, or I want my money back. That got the,
interested. He walks in, sees the scratch, runs out. Then the movie stops
as they try and fix it. Starts again, still there. Stops. Starts. Still
there. I just left.

I swear, I am going to buld my own theater one day just for me. No stupid
customers. The only problem with that? I can't say: "This job would be
great f it weren't for the fucking customers."

We can only dream verything will go digital and these problems will be a
thing of the past.

Scott.
