Here's the train schedule from Penn Station to Red Bank (which is the closest train station to the Holiday Inn. You're probably gonna want someone to pick you up there or take a taxi (Red Bank Yellow Cab Company 1-732-747-0747) to the Holiday because if you took a bus from Red Bank in to Tinton Falls (Eatontown) you'd be just as far from the Holiday Inn as you were when you started in Red Bank.

The Penn Station train picks up at 33rd St. & 7th Ave. Directly across from Madison Square Garden, and drops you off in Red Bank at Bridge Ave. between Monmouth & Oakland Streets.
Fares are:
Adult One Way: $ 8.90
Adult Round Trip Excursion: $ 13.00
Tickets may be purchased on board your train, however if the ticket office is open or a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) is available there will be a $3.00 for paying on the train. Basically buy the tickets before you board the train.
