There's the Eatontown/Monmouth Mall off of Rt. 35 in Eatontown, which others made mention of too.
There are stores all up and down Rt. 35 and Rt. 36, which includes toy stores, liquor stores, hobbie shops, etc. This is all within a few miles radius.
And as rob mentioned there are shops in downtown Red Bank, although they are very pricey, so you're better off shopping at the mall.
