The majority of people on this board (I presume) happen to be so-called fanboys, myself included, and for some of us this film is something we've been waiting for for years. So naturally some of us would feel the need to discuss it. True it may be off-topic but that's to be expected on a board where not a whole lot else is going on. People have finally gotten over the cancellation of Clerks; the news about Fletch is dying down; and VA-5 speculation is dwindling as well, so there's not a whole lot else to talk about to keep everybody on the board buzzing.
PS: When you mentioned "art film" were you talking about anything specific? Just curious.
