The Onslaught storyline sucked rocks and caused the relaunching of four other classic Marvel titles that pretty much sucked rocks, too. I don't foresee the X-Men movie crew revisiting that storyline unless it stretches out to number 8 or 9 and is on its last leg.

As for Fatal Attraction, it was a good storyline, but it doesn't really suit an X-sequel. I don't think the movie honchos are gonna screw around with Wolverine's adamantium for quite some time -- they've barely even touched on everything Wolvy does with his claws yet. Magneto will more than likely lay low in the next one, making room for either Mr. Sinister or the Sentinels. They may even introduce the tunnels beneath Salem and the Morlocks (which would set things up for a Marauders/Fall of the Mutants storyline).

Just my two cents.
