X-Men and Batman definitley stand out as the two best comic book movies followed shortly by Superman and The Crow. I haven't seen Blade yet, but I've heard it was great. Batman Forever wasn't so bad to have to fit in with it's sequel though; it had good acting(except for Tommy Lee Jones), a good story (as well as a decent script) but it suffered badly with the horrible one-liners and the even worse direction.
Exactly what didn't you like about The Mask though? True it didn't stay true to the comic but I think that's a good thing.
