: alright, since this seems as good a place as any to ask questions about the xmen people, who was the little kid who was teleporting around while playing basketball? i'm thinking nightcrawler, even though he had no blue skin, fur, tail, etc?

I've been thinking about this one myself for awhile. I'm not quite sure who that kid was, but surely it couldn't have been Nightcrawler (although, he could have been using an image inducer). Nightcrawler doesn't teleport that cleanly -- he always leaves behind some sulfur and his trademark "BAMF", and, judging from how carefully Singer and his crew were in keeping details like that in the movie, it doesn't make sense that they'd omit these details with Nightcrawler.

As for it being Quicksilver, that was my first guess, but he doesn't resemble himself at all. This kid is wearing glasses and no silver hair like his pop... but, I'm not ruling anything out.

The cast lists Jon Davey as Samuel Guthrie aka Cannonball, which is another slim possibility, but I've never seen Sam use his powers this way... he just isn't able to since all of his inertial force is blasted downward and he has a hard enough time controlling that as it is. So... I'm at a loss for who this mutant is. If anyone has any good theories, I'm all ears.

:did anybody see peter rasputin drawing?

One poster on another board claims that Piotr is drawing by the pond in either a Xavier's School tour scene or when Rogue is confronted by Bobby/Mystique on the bench.

: was stan lee even in the movie?

Yes, Stan is one of the bystanders on the beach when Senator Kelly emerges from the ocean.
