You should shoot a movie abroad, I am a Canadian Camera Operator who recently moved to Thailand. If Americans shoot in Canada their money is worth 1.5 times more. Well in Thailand the US dollar will get you about 10 times more production value. They have experienced crews and very good equipment. You can get tax breaks and locations you wouldn't belive. The only thing that will cost you is bringing everyone above the line here. It would be nice to see a movie made with your attitude, and the beauty of Thailand.
