I think Bryan Singer did an excellent job of bringing the Children of the Atom to the screen. I can't see as though John Singleton could have done any better.
As for Mr. Singleton, he has expressed interest in bringing Daredevil to life, and I think he'd be a very cool choice for it. Singleton's streetwise approach to his movies would fit in nicely with Matt Murdock's crusade in Hell's Kitchen. Also, Singleton's story-telling style would match Daredevil's propensity for introspection.
Mr. Singleton has also said he wants to do Luke Cage and, well, if he gets it, all I can say is... SWEET CHRISTMAS!
Personally, I think it'd be cool if Luke teamed up with Iron Fist like in the old days, but that's just an old-timer like me speaking out.
