Krush Groove (the movie Loki bet would be bigger than E.T.) is a movie with Run DMC and other hip hop stars in it, about trying to make it big (Or something). Anyway, with chanting "Whose House, Runs' house!", which is the chorus of Run DMC's song "Run's House", he was kind of saying that he was always right and Krush Groove would be the bigger movie :).
