: I do not own a DVD player yet (though I will be purchasing a Playstation 2 when it arrives) so I'm not exactly sure what is meant by the framing being messed up. I plan on owning all the VA films on DVD soon so what is this problem that the Chasing Amy disc has?

As far as I'm aware all it means is that the occassional elbow gets cut off the screen or whatever... You certainly WON'T notice ANY difference whatsoever unless you've seen Chasing Amy widescreen at the cinema or on VHS a billion times, or you're a Director of Photography yourself.

It's just a shame it wasn't actually supervised by 'DP Dave' like it says on the cover...

You WON'T notice ANY difference though, so don't fret it... (Nobody else noticed it, and as far as I'm aware, it was actually only noticed by the VA peeps themselves! So that should tell you something!)
