You'd be fuckin'-perfect to direct the movie adaption of (the greatest book writer of the twentieth and twenty-first century) Chuck Palahniuks' Surviver(I dont know if its been picked up yet by an other director). It has all the darkly comic elements you've been waiting for!!! Well at least I think that you would be perfect. It would be the next best thing to having David Fincher come back after 'Fight Club'. I know it would be near impossible for you to direct it(the rights have been bought), but I think you would have been great anyhoo(I can dream cant I???). It would have been a fresh departure from "direct" comedy for you( I dont mean that in an insulting "youre not good at what you do" way). But hey, anyone who has read the book knows how good it is, and how you and Dave Klein would do a great job.
