Vincent and Kevin have answered this several times in the past, but the basic gist of what they say is that what you saw WAS the director's cut. A director would only go back and add in cut material if he felt as though they should have been in there in the first place. Kevin likes the theatrical release.
That being said, the cut footage will be released on the SE DVD this fall.
