I was re-reading my copy of Chasing Dogma and remembered something which bugged me the first time. When Jay and Bob get in the cab in Chicago, the cabbie says, "Bluftoni." Now, I KNOOOW this is from something.
I think, and I hope I'm right, that it's from Quick Change (one of the most underrated Bill Murray movies). I remember Tony Shalhoub had this hillarious bit as a non-English speaking cabbie and so I'm thinking that might be it...
Anyone know for sure?
