Don't worry. If anyone gets ThaPimp, Obi-Wan (Ben) Affleck, it is I. Then again, those commentaries are etched in silicon and/or iron-oxide. There's no real counter-point to the jibing of the film...which really is better than the nay-sayers have given it credit for.
I saw "Mallrats" before the reviews started to come in on it. It didn't even really cross my mind to diss it. I just told the other "clerks." fans that it was definately worth their while.
I'm merely pointing out that this only adds to the overall opinion that Kevin Smith is a director with no visual sense whatsoever and that "Mallrats" was just one more "point-and-click" venture...albeit a $6 million one...
