In CA DVD what does the Fleck say?

Finally got around to watching the DVD, (Nice Job guys, love the menu and intros to the sp.feat.), but can anyone tell me what the f%ck "The Fleck" says/murmurs/squeaks during the color bars? (right before he mentions that Jay is touching him, and after he claims to be Kev's Dad), I'm either getting old or deaf, but all I could make out was "Ireland", and even then I'm not sure? National pride could be hangin' on this one?
