I just wantedd to thank you for making it easier to believe in God and all that comes with it. I do not really follow any set religon but I do believe that there is something out there that is greater than anything on earth. I guess you could call it God though I don't really like to.
I still don't believe in what the bible says and I don't pray, but I do think that Dogma makes it so much easier.
Religon to me seems too strict making life as little fun as possible. Every little thing is a sin which condems you to hell making it impossible to really live especially nowadays.
One thing that will always stick in my mind about Dogma is the bit where Ruphus talks aboutt preferring to call it an idea rather than a believe because it is much easier to change an idea.
Now that's an idea I can believe in!!!:-)
In my oppinion Dogma has made it possible to look at religion a different way. Though some might say it disgraces the church and mocks christianity I think it brings people back to God.
Plus those who protest the film for religious reasons without having seen it first are judging are they not. I don't know much about Chritianity but as far as I know there is something in the bible somewhere along the lines of not judging others.
Anyways that's my opinion and looking back at it it sounds abit silly but that's really just ewhat I think about Dogma.....outstanding film by the way.
