Everyday questions are asked that have been asked many times, I usually just point them to the summaries nicely about them, this question is an exception because it was all over the site that she was no doubt visiting...and I wasn't arrogant and didnt try to make her look stupid, I pointed out that she and the rest of the newbies should look at the material provided around them before addressing them on the board and thus making themselves look bad.
