Kev could write a script with Jim in mind as a charactor but aquiring him for the role would be hard no doubt. Kev would have to pay Jim like 20 million just to play the part....and in case you haven't noticed the most Kev has ever payed for a film was 6 mill for Rats, and thats just because it was studio.

Well in the Rats DVD commentry he didn't directly mention his thoughts on the Farrelly brothers but he did mention the fact that he was going to do a Cum shot scene in Rats, but Jim Jacks and the studio didn't want him to...and wouldn't yah know The Farrellys own Something about Marry did that scene just 3 years later. I doubt they knocked Smith off just something he pointed out.
