Run's house?

Ok, after Loki kills the dude on the bus he starts singing. I think I
understand the "Whose house... Run's house" thing. I always
assumed it was from Crush Groove, which seems to be one of Loki's
favorite movies. But why does he transition from that into the theme
song from the sit-com "Martin"?
