Questions about 240 frames of Dogma for Kevin

Hey, chances are someone on the board will try to answer this question but just in case I'm graced with the great one's presence (no, not the Rock), here goes.

I read an early Dogma script on Drew's Script-O-Rama and in one scene, Azrael shows Bethany what Hell is like for 10 seconds. Now, I don't remember this in the theatrical release, so is this scene going to be in the Special Edition release. And, if this does exist in film, what does it consist of? Would you now consider changing the frames to Eisner forcing people to watch Spin City, too? View Askew and all the askewers got screwed... nuff said.
