I don't want to mess with adding a separate chat room or message board, as that would be redundant, but eventually we'll need to move Thon discussions to the OtherBoard. I'm sure Ben will tell us when that kicks in.
There is an issue I've been hearing about from a few people already: It's about the date. I know it sucks that most of the events are held on a weekday, but it's impossible to rent a movie theater on a weekend, and I'm sure there are other factors, too.
So far, Kevin hasn't finalized the date yet, his words were "more than likely on Halloween". We threw the date up there, and will change it when he gives a final answer. (Jeez, I sound like Regis, shoot me!)
I do agree that it should be Monday the 30th instead. This opens up the weekend for traveling, hangin out, and partying. It also means taking two days off work/school instead of three.
