This longer version of DOGMA is historically referred to as the "Cannes" edit since that's the only place (outside of some stateside test screenings) where this version was shown to an audience, but is does NOT have French subtitles burned on it. So basically, it's not the ACTUAL print with subs that was shown at Cannes, but it IS a finished, fully-mixed anamorphic 35mm Dolby Digital print of the Cannes version of the film.
