9. Can I have $2,000,000.00 to make a movie? How about you meet me half-way and just give me $1,000,000.00? Compromise is good. Or how about you lend me $2,000,000.00 but only give me $1,000,000.00 of it now? That way I'll owe you $1,000,000.00 and you'll owe me $1,000,000.00 and we'll call it even. Super. I figured that this is O.K. 'cause the guidelines don't prohibit us from asking for money.
