: ... is that Kevin did send in a proposal - the content of which I don't know - that wasn't accepted, but that he and Bob Schreck, the Green Arrow editor, have worked out another plotline, or a variation on the plot he originally sent in, and Kevin is currently writing based on the agreed upon storyline.
: Not a complete answer, and I'd certainly like to hear what truth there is to that rumor myself, but I thought it might help a little.
