just look at it this way, if the show hits the right demographic, and at the time slot they gave (it is actually not a bad one,the only show it conflicts with that I know of that is worth watching is Angel), it might actually take off, and it might be picked up by UPN...

...seriously, some show have been picked up by other stations, hey you could try and pitch it to Comedy Central (didn't they buy the rights to DOGMA a while back for a decent amount)...while what you say is true, and i feel you have the right attitude (not that you need MY approval or anything, since you do know more that me in this regard), i think you might be surprised...the show looks that good...
...Unless it's doomed from the start...then that sucks...
