It would defenitly be interesting. What better way to end View Askew stuff than revisiting one of the less than par movies (at the box office that is). I know my opinion means less than nothing, but I'd watch a movie of that caliber for nostalgic value alone. It's a fun way to go out.
So go for it. People's doubts haven't stopped you before, why should they now?
