I live Down Under. My friends and I regularly import DVD through DVDexpress.com and we don't have any problems with our customs. They are suppossed to charge import duty, but because we get it shipping via Fedex they rush it through, this might be an answer.
Although I'm sure if you asked nicely and paid all costs the guys at J&BSS would do the same. (You get it much quicker, 6-8 Days.)
