You're not alone. Best film of the year, IMO


I've seen it 3 times so far, and each time I get more and more drawn into it. There are many themes in the film that touch me on a personal level, which is maybe why the film means so much to me. The concepts of regret, redemption, lonliness and family/sickness (my Father is battling brain cancer and not exactly winning the fight)...

Not to mention: dominance. Parents over children, men over woman, etc... perhaps leading up to (causing?) the somewhat biblical conclusion (a form of judgement?)
