I've read a lot about Drawing Flies on this site and NewsAskew and it appears your main concern is that it's so different from Kev's films. You say: "But I think if your looking for that Smith magic...well....this is something different."
Can you maybe let us see a clip or two from the film, possibly posted on NewsAskew? Pick perhaps a scene that you think could easily demonstrate how different of a film it is from Kev's (without giving it away, of course.) Then possibly have a poll "Check one: I'm interested. I'm not interested."
Just another idea.
