...ok.. so I know it's another muppet thing.. but I don't think I've ever seen you respond to this..

.. so there I am last night.. cleaning up and moving some boxxes of stuff when I find my old copy of 'The Muppet Movie'.. So I figure.. what the hell.. been a while since I saw it.. I'll put it on for backround entertainment..

5 mins into it, I find myself sitting down and not doing any work and watching the whole thing. Then something hits me about this movie and why it appeals to me still at this day.. What happened to the art of the one-liner? Simple, clean humor like it was used in The Muppet Movie?

Things like 'That's pretty dangerous building a road in the middle of the street. I mean, if frogs couldn't hop I'd be gone with the Schwinn."

What was it that you liked about it and what are your thoughts on the lost art of the one-liner?
