I saw Dogma last night. It was funny and a little thought provoking. Mostly silly however. The idea that Jesus was Black was funny. He was a middle Eastern Jew. That is not black or white. Also, only someone who was raised Catholic would give thier Dogma enough credit to even imagine it could have any effect on God. Wouldn't Bartlesby and Loki passing through the Archway prove Catholic Dogma fallible and not God? That is the biggest plot hole I have seen in a movie since... I can't think of any other. (Mostly I'm just jealous that I didn't think of this movie.)

I just read a review that compared your film to "The Last Temtation of Christ". What a pile of crap. "The Last Temtation of Christ" was the worst psuedo-religous attempt at a film ever made and no one would have ever heard about it if the Church hadn't boycotted it. I must admit that "Dogma" is right up there at the top with "The Prophecy".

Oh one more thing Mr. Smith, why would I ask to be in one of your movies? The only great character in any of your movies is the one you save for yourself.

I'll keep Watching if you keep making,
