Since Bartleby was human, when God let out that primal scream (according to what Metatron had said), Bartleby ceased to exist. I figured he didn't go to heaven, or hell, he just disappeared. I assumed that was the way God forgave him, and that was why Bartelby said "Thank you."
I still don't know about Loki, though. I'm hoping he went to heaven, because it appeared to me that he did realize his wrongdoings. But I don't know...
