Congradulations to you, Kevin, as well as all the actors and personnel involved with Dogma. I, myself, saw it twice this weekend and was very impressed with it. It was definitely worth the wait for. Not only that, but it made me think about my own beliefs/ideas, for i am a catholic like you. The movie makes you stop and wonder if everything you have been told is really true or not. I took my girlfriend, who is uncertain of her affiliation with any religion, and it led us to a very interesting conversation about god and life in general. I dont ever remember truly enjoying any movie in the same way. That, and the 'buddy christ" really cracked me up. I think that if the protesters went and saw the movie with open eyes, which i'm sure is difficult for them, they would understand that the movie was, at least in my opinion, made for entertainment, as well as a vehicle for one to question their own faith. It is a shame, cuz they sure as hell dont know what they are missing. Great work, and do't let the protesters get to you.
