First of all, Dogma was a GREAT movie, no doubt about it!
I loved everything about it, the parodies, the subtle humor,
the cameos, etc. . .
But a few parts I didn't quite catch (annoying ppl sitting next
to me at theater):
1.) Who cut off Loki's wings?
2.) Why did Bartleby say 'Thank You' to "God"?
Also, something else I didn't quite get . . .
Were Bartleby and Loki saved from going to Hell? Did they receive
God's forgiveness? I just plain didn't understand the reasoning
behind the end. Were they originally planning on going to get
themselves "cleansed of their sins" and then cut off their wings and
get killed and go to Heaven? Man, I'm kidna lost . . . the more I
think about it the more confused I get!
I'd appreciate the help, thanx.
Great movie!!!
(But Alanis Morisette??? Geez . . .)
