According to boxofficeguru.com, they're reporting that Dogma will probably be the number 2 movie of the weekend. Here's what they said about Dogma's Friday Box office:
:Kevin Smith's controversial new comedy Dogma premiered with a solid
$3.04M on Friday. Lions Gate released the film a moderate-sized 1,260
theaters and should be able to enjoy an opening of roughly $9-11M.
They also reported that The Messenger made 2.9 million on Friday and that Pokemon looks to be the number one flick with probably over 30 million for the Wednesday-Sunday period.
FUCK! If it wasn't for that fucking rat Pikachu, View Askew probably would have opened at number one!
