Of course it was done on purpose. In Clerks, Randal says "No time for love Dr. Jones" Was that done on purpose. What would the odds be of a director who loves pointing out things from other movies in his movies not know of the most classic line from the Last Crusade. The scene is nearly the same. He throws someone off something and to the horrified passenger, he explains calmly, "No Ticket"
