First off, let me say I loved the movie. It was different and offbeat and I highly anticipated it for ages. Might I also add, I was lucky enough to get free passes to a sneak preview last Thursday. Anyway, my question is why was the scene in the strip club with Jay and Silent Bob and the gang members singing the theme song from Fat Albert cut out of the movie? It was in the version of the screenplay I read. The movie lacked an explanation of how the tension that was set up bewteen the gang members and Jay and Silent Bob was resolved to the point of them becoming honary gang members. Not to mention that I thought it would have made for a funny scene.
